Crewnado Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a UK-registered company providing a job listing platform for the film industry. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Crewnado, which is available as a native app, and via our website at crewnado.com (collectively, “the App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The App provides job listing and recruitment services ("the Services") to freelance professionals seeking work ("Job Seekers") and individuals or organisations hiring talent ("Hiring Managers") in the film industry ("the Industry"). The App also offers collaboration and team management tools within the Industry.

• Job Seekers: Users can upload CVs, create profiles, and apply for job postings.

• Hiring Managers: Users can access Job Seekers’ CVs and profiles, advertise jobs, and search for candidates. Hiring Managers can also create teams to share access to CVs and profiles for collaborative hiring decisions.

• Role Switching: Users can switch between Job Seeker and Hiring Manager roles within the App as needed.

We reserve the right to improve, modify, or suspend Services without prior notice.

Users must register to access most features. To create an account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• Register only one account (multiple accounts are prohibited).

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and ensuring that all information provided remains accurate. Crewnado Ltd does not verify or guarantee user identities or uploaded content and accepts no liability in this regard.

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.

We collect and process personal data in compliance with UK GDPR, including:

• CVs

• Job preferences

• Contact details

• City of residence

Data may be shared with relevant third parties for recruitment purposes. Users may request access to, modification, or deletion of their data. Data will be erased within 14 days.
Upon account deletion, all user data will be permanently erased.

‍To maintain a professional environment, the following behaviours are prohibited:

• Discrimination

• Fraudulent activity

• Spam or other inappropriate conduct

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Users are responsible for any content they upload, including CVs and job descriptions. Crewnado Ltd does not moderate content but reserves the right to remove material that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Hiring Managers confirm they have the authority to represent their organisation when posting job adverts.

Neither Job Seekers nor Hiring Managers are legally obligated to respond to job postings or applications.

Hiring Managers may incur legal obligations upon accepting an offer or agreement. Crewnado Ltd is not liable for any failure to fulfil an engagement.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their communications, qualifications, and compliance with applicable laws.

Users must not:

• Manipulate job application processes.

• Interfere with other users’ quotes or applications.

• Create false job postings.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free functionality.

Temporary service suspensions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

We exclude liability for losses arising from:

• Data loss

• Identity theft

• Reputational damage

Users agree to indemnify Crewnado Ltd against claims resulting from:

• Violations of these Terms

• Intellectual property infringements

• Data protection breaches

Users may report breaches of these Terms via jakub@crewnado.com. Crewnado Ltd will review reports related to violations of our Terms of Service; however, we are not responsible for mediating or resolving disputes between users that fall outside the scope of these Terms. We do not guarantee intervention in reported matters and encourage users to seek independent resolution where necessary.

Crewnado Ltd does not guarantee that:

• Users will find job opportunities matching their preferences.

• The App will operate without interruption or errors.

Users may request account deletion via jakub@crewnado.com. Data will be erased within 14 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to:

• Breach of Terms

• Fraudulent activity

• Authentication failure

• Harm to Crewnado Ltd or its users

Termination is at our sole discretion, and we are not liable for any resulting loss.

• Data Controller: Entity determining the purposes of data processing.

• Data Processor: Entity processing data on behalf of the Data Controller.

• Data Protection Legislation: UK GDPR and related laws.

• Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual as defined in section 1(1) of the DPA and Article 4(1)of the GDPR.

Crewnado Ltd acts as the Data Controller for personal data processed under these Terms, except where users upload or store personal data themselves.

Where Users create, upload, or store personal data within the App, they will be the Data Controller, and Crewnado Ltd. will act as the Data Processor. Crewnado Ltd. implements security measures to protect User data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Users confirm that they have the necessary permissions and rights to share this data and that such sharing complies with Data Protection Legislation.

Users have rights under UK GDPR, including:

• Access – The right to request a copy of their personal data.

• Rectification – The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten") – The right to request deletion of their data in certain circumstances.

• Restriction and Objection – The right to restrict or object to processing under specific conditions.

• Data Portability – The right to receive their data in a structured format and transfer it to another provider.

All copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Services are owned by Crewnado Ltd or its licensees.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, store off-App, distribute, or publicly display any material from the Site without prior written consent from Crewnado Ltd.
Exceptions include your CV, profile, or other personal information that you upload to the App.

Any use of materials on the App must comply with applicable laws, including Data Protection Legislation, and adhere to this User Agreement. These Terms do not grant you any licence or rights to copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property owned by Crewnado Ltd or its licensees.
